App Architecture is serving as architect for the renovation and expansion of the Cancer Care Center at Upper Valley Medical Center located in Troy, Ohio. Phase One includes the addition of a second linear accelerator, which opened in February 2011. Phase Two began in April 2011 and will provide a new covered drive-up and dedicated entry, an infusion center and a healing garden. The private infusion rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows will look out on the healing garden, which will feature green space, seating and a walking path and be open to patients and families. Project completion is anticipated in April 2012.
