Founded in 1999, the American College of Healthcare Architects (ACHA) is a not-for-profit organization, established to improve the quality of medical care facilities by assisting healthcare clients in the confident selection of consistently qualified and experienced ACHA Board Certified professionals. Two principals of the firm have received the honor of becoming ACHA Board Certified Professionals. Selection for this prestigious certification is based on a rigorous examination and a portfolio review of healthcare architecture design experience. Members are required to keep current with healthcare design related issues and regulations such as JCAHO, Life Safety Code and AIA Guidelines for Design and Construction of Hospital and Health Care Facilities.

The US Green Building Council works to promote buildings that are environmentally responsible and healthy places to work. One principal in the firm is a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional and actively pursues opportunities to incorporate materials and systems that provide a healthier environment for healthcare services. The Construction Specifications Institute's mission is to continuously improve the process of creating and sustaining the built environment. One member of the firm are CSI Certified Construction Specifiers (CCS) and are actively involved in maintaining our office standards relative to construction detailing, specification writing and new product investigation.
